I use a software called MPC (Media Player Classic), just go to file and If have a frame paused click on "Save Image as" or if you want thumbnails of all the video, "sabe thumbnail as", and you get a jpg to post here.

How To Create Video Thumbnails:

1. Download Media Player Classic - https://mpc-hc.org/downloads/
2. Open your video with program, then pause it.

97% quality is high in my opinion. 90% will allow more rows/columns per MB.

just don't make the image width too wide. remember, not everyone has a 4K monitor.
scrolling up and down is easy. side to side? not so much. :waiting
1024 image width should fit on most peoples monitors out there.
adjust the number of columns to control the image cap size. to many will shrink them.
add or subtract rows to change the number of caps. also useful if you
want to change which frames are captured. like that sweet shot of her ass @ xx:xx:xx time.
:P

There's no BBCode to resize images. You must resize it by yourself. Maximum image size (with no resize) it's 500x500, I guess...
